Ashley Gibson

Ashley Gibson, LSSYB, currently serves as Program Manager for Leave and Disability at Harris Health System since July 2019, where previous roles include HR Shared Services Supervisor and Leave and Disability Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as HR Generalist at Datasmart/Duncan Security, LLC from March 2017 to July 2019, and as Human Resources Coordinator at Synergy Home Care from July 2016 to March 2017. Ashley also worked as HR/Payroll Manager at Medical Insights Home Health Agency from January 2009 to May 2016. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Virginia College (2013 - 2015) and an Associate’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution (2010 - 2011).
