Theodore Karavolas has a diverse range of work experience. Theodore started in 2015 as a Summer Camp Counselor at the Schenectady Jewish Community Center Organization for three summers. In 2018, they worked as a Legal Intern at Hinckley Allen. The following year, they were a Summer Analyst at Centricus. In 2020, they served as a Finance Intern for Anthony Brindisi for Congress and participated in a Summer Virtual Learning Experience at Guy Carpenter. In 2021, they interned as a Risk Analyst at Guy Carpenter and also worked as a First-Year Course Mentor at Hamilton College. Currently, they are an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams, starting in 2022.

Theodore Karavolas completed their education at various institutions. Theodore obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Economics from Hamilton College between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they attended The College of Global Studies at Arcadia University in 2018. Before entering college, they obtained their High School Diploma from The Albany Academies in 2016. Theodore Karavolas also attended Guilderland High School from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Theodore Karavolas has obtained several certifications. Theodore received the Series 79 certification from FINRA in July 2022, the Series 63 certification in April 2022, and the SIE certification in February 2022. Furthermore, they completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP in November 2021 and the Introduction to Financial Accounting course from Coursera in June 2020.
