Paul R. Johnson

Paul R. Johnson is an experienced purchasing and merchandise management professional with a diverse background in real estate, merchandising, and inventory management. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Harris since February 2023, Paul leads and develops a purchasing team. Previously, as Operating Real Estate Manager at Ravenscroft Properties, LLC, Paul managed properties across Minnesota and Wisconsin, handling maintenance, insurance claims, and tenant relations. Paul spent over 14 years at Northern Tool + Equipment, ultimately as Senior Merchandise Manager, where significant revenue growth and category management capabilities were demonstrated. Earlier roles include various purchasing and inventory analyst positions at The Sportsman's Guide and event management coordination at the University of Minnesota. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Speech-Communication from the University of Minnesota.
