Carol Loftus Miller

Carol Loftus Miller currently serves as a Patient Services Associate at Wellspan Health Gettysburg Hospital since July 2024. Miller has significant experience in academia as an Adjunct Professor at HACC since August 2001. Previous roles include Front Desk Lead at Vail Resorts, Certified Level 3 United States Masters Swimming Coach at Gettysburg YWCA, and a brief tenure as a Zamboni Driver at Hagerstown Ice and Sports Complex. Miller has also worked as a Youth Mentor at the Center for Youth and Community Development and served on the Board of Survivor's Inc Adams County. A retired Detective with the Arlington County Police Department, Miller holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on Social and Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Radford University. Additionally, Miller is a volunteer with the Adams County Drug Free Communities and Youth Coalition.
