Kimberly Ketelsleger is a seasoned educator and engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Since January 2003, Kimberly has served as a Professor at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, managing and instructing courses in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Structural Engineering Technology, and Engineering Transfer Programs. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Senior Development Engineer at Tyco Incorporated from May 1995 to January 2003, where numerous connector designs were developed for various industries, including Appliance, Industrial, Medical, and Instrumentation. Kimberly started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Spectra-Physics Scanning Systems from April 1991 to May 1995, focusing on opto-mechanical systems for barcode systems. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from the University of Rhode Island.

Harrisburg Area Community College-Harrisburg is the first and largest of Pennsylvania’s 15 community colleges. HACC offers approximately 100 careers and transfer associate degree, certificate, and diploma programs to approximately 17,000 students. Also, the College serves students at its Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York campuses; through virtual learning; and workforce development, and continuing education training.
