Rafael Henin

Rafael Henin is a highly experienced professional in emergency management and safety operations. Currently serving as the System Director of Emergency Management at Tower Health since August 2022, Rafael also holds the position of Fire Chief at Valley Forge Fire since January 2018. With a solid background in academia, Rafael has been a Professor at HACC since 2008. Previously, Rafael worked at Phoenixville Hospital from March 2019 to January 2023 as the Emergency Management Coordinator and Manager of Safety and Emergency Operations. Rafael's education includes a degree from the University of the Arts, completed between 1995 and 1999.
