Ricole Jayman is the Director of Student Success Coaching at HACC, where they lead a team to support at-risk students and develop academic recovery programs. They also serve as the Associate Dean of Student Success, coordinating college-wide career services and student development efforts. As a Career Coordinator, they organize career events, workshops, and maintain career services resources. With a background in education and counseling, Ricole has also worked as an Internship Coordinator, Adjunct Instructor, and Advisor/Counselor at various educational institutions. Ricole holds a Master's degree in Student Affairs - Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
