Thomas Young has been serving as a Deputy Chief at the Anne Arundel County Fire Department since August 1991, with a dedication to various roles including Division Chief and Battalion Chief across multiple battalions. Young started as a Firefighter II and progressed through numerous ranks, accumulating extensive experience in HAZMAT and special operations.
