William Hall is an experienced educator and fire service professional, serving as a senior instructor for the Homeland Security/Protective Services program at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center since 2004. In addition to this role, William acts as a lead instructor and certification evaluator for fire suppression classes at both Bucks County Community College and HACC. Since 2013, William has also contributed as an adjunct instructor at Pennsylvania State Fire Academy. As Planning Section Chief and Resource Unit Leader for South Central Task Force, William oversees information management and resource accountability during incidents. William's background includes an Associate's degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Bucks County Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education from Penn State University, alongside valuable experience working at RR Donnelley as an Assistant Binding Machine Operator.
