Zechman Charles

Zechman Charles is an experienced Emergency Response Instructor at HACC since October 2011 and has served as Captain and Haz Mat Technician for Berks County SOG: HazMat since January 2002. In addition, Zechman has been the EHS, Systems & Facilities Manager at GAI-Tronics, A Hubbell Company, since December 1977. Zechman holds a degree in Occupational Safety and Health with a focus on Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks.
