Lance Deane Jr. has a diverse background in education and sports management, currently serving as a Physical Education Teacher at Harrisburg School District since August 2017. In addition to this role, Lance has been a Mentor, Tutor, and Staff Coordinator with the Joshua Group—a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting inner-city youth in Harrisburg—since June 2013. Previous experience includes an Athletics Operation Internship at Bucknell University from January to June 2017, and a position as a Game Statkeeper for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association in March 2016.
