Vina Milligan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and previously as a Human Resources Business Partner at Harrisburg School District since October 2017. Prior to this role, Vina spent over twelve years at York City School District, where responsibilities included positions as a Human Resources Specialist and Executive Assistant. Vina's educational background includes attendance at William Penn Senior High School and further studies at Ashford University and York College of Pennsylvania.
