Angela Spaxman has extensive work experience in executive coaching, leadership facilitation, and organizational development. Angela has worked as an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator at Spaxman Limited since 2000, providing coaching and program design services for organizations in Hong Kong. Angela also works with international senior managers and professionals in Asia to help them achieve their career goals. In addition, they have experience in developing coaching skills for managers and implementing The Leadership Circle system for leadership excellence.

Angela Spaxman has also worked as an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator at Acumen Global Partners since 2013. In this role, they focus on bringing progressive organizational development work to Hong Kong, particularly in cultural transformations and executive team development.

Angela has been a Solutions Partner at Harrison Assessments Int'l since 2005, contributing to talent and performance management solutions.

Recently, Angela Spaxman joined Coralus as an Activator, where they are involved in a global initiative that supports women-led Ventures working on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Angela aims to help reach the goal of 1 million Activators and a $1 billion perpetual fund for supporting women-led Ventures.

Previously, Angela has served as the Head Coach at Loving Your Work, a boutique career coaching company, since 2008. Angela has also worked as a Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Co-Founder at Teal Impact Agency (TIA) and Director and Senior Mindfulness Trainer at The Potential Project Hong Kong, focusing on leadership coaching and mindfulness training.

Angela has held leadership roles in the International Association of Coaching, serving as both the President and Past President, and has also been the Founding President of the Hong Kong International Coaching Community. These roles have involved advancing coaching standards and promoting the coaching profession on an international and local level.

Angela started their career in 1999 as a Training Consultant at PeoplePlus Training and Consulting, where they provided training services.

Angela Spaxman has a diverse education history in various fields. Angela completed the Insight Dialogue Community Facilitator Training from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they participated in the STAGES International - Unfolding the Living Map of Life program from 2016 to 2020.

In 2019, Angela attended the Transformational Coaching with Nicholas Janni program and in 2012, they completed The Leadership Circle Profile and The Leadership Circle System course, which provided their with skills in leadership and management.

Angela also acquired certification in the Coach Training Program from Coach U between 2000 and 2003, focusing on coaching skills. Additionally, they obtained the Neuro-linguistic Programming Certified Practitioner certification in 1999.

Angela has further strengthened their credentials with additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained The Leadership System certification from The Leadership Circle. In 2012, they achieved The Leadership Circle Profile Certification from the same institution. Angela also holds the Harrison Assessments certification, which they obtained in 2003. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l.
