Anouschka Klestadt

Anouschka Klestadt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anouschka currently works as a Solutions Partner at Harrison Assessments Int'l since June 2021. Prior to this, from January 2019 till the present, they have been involved with Transition bv, where they hold multiple roles including Specialist in Leadership Development and Talent, as well as Managing Partner. Before their time at Transition bv, Anouschka worked at Diversity bvba for a significant period, starting in September 1995. During their tenure there, they served as a Specialist in Learning and Development from 2004 to January 2019, and as a Board Member from September 1995 to August 2018.

Anouschka Klestadt has a strong educational background with a focus on the fields of criminology, psychology, and the relationship between law, psychology, and criminology. Anouschka obtained a Master's degree in Criminology from the Free University of Brussels, graduating between the years 1993 and 1996. During this time, their studies focused on examining the connection between law, psychology, and criminology. Prior to their time at the Free University of Brussels, they completed a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Amsterdam from 1989 to 1993. Anouschka'sstudies at the University of Amsterdam focused on the history of psychology, specifically in the context of developmental psychology. In addition to their formal education, Anouschka Klestadt has also obtained certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified Consultant for Harrison Assessments Europe. Anouschka also earned a certification as an Eigen kracht coordinator from Eigenkracht conferenties in 2011.
