Barbara Spector obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Psychology from Boston University, where they studied from 1963 to 1967. Later, they pursued their education in the field of Executive Coaching, earning a Master Business Coach degree from the B-Coach Executive Coaching Program between 2000 and 2002.
