Pat Hutchinson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Business Studies Lecturer at Abingdon College of Further Education from 1975 to 1980. Following this, they worked as a Company Merchandiser for Jaeger, overseeing the purchase, distribution, and sell-through of the outerwear department in the UK from 1985 to 1990. They then joined River Island as a Senior Branch Merchandising Manager, overseeing the transformation of Chelsea Girl branches to River Island and ensuring appropriate stock levels from 1990 to 1992.
In 2000, Pat Hutchinson became the Director and Lead Learning Provider at Quadrant 1 International, where they provided coaching training and development for managers and leaders. They used tools such as NLP, Harrison Assessments, and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching to help individuals remove barriers to success and unleash their talent. They still hold this position presently.
Additionally, in 2006, they became the Managing Partner UK for Harrison Assessments Int'l and played a crucial role in helping organizations make strategic people decisions based on analytics and work satisfaction. They are also the Managing Partner UK for Harrison Assessments UK Solutions Network, supporting organizations in engaging, developing, and retaining top talent. They are still active in these roles.
Pat Hutchinson has a diverse educational background. In 1969, Pat completed their schooling at John Mason School, where they did not earn a degree. Later on, in an unspecified year, Pat obtained a Certificate in Education from Garnett College London, specializing in Business Management Teaching. Moving forward to 1994, Pat pursued further education at the University of Oxford, completing a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Business Management.
