Yigit Ersoz

Yigit Ersoz has a diverse work experience in the field of career and change consulting. Yigit started their career in 2007 with E&E Group Career & Change Consultants, where they served as an Executive Search and Outplacement Consultant. During their time at E&E Group, Yigit supported numerous international companies, placing high and mid-level executives.

In 2011, Yigit joined Lee Hecht Harrison as an Assistant Country Manager and Career Transition & Talent Development Consultant. Yigit played a crucial role in transforming workforces, improving leadership effectiveness, and guiding individuals through career transitions. With Lee Hecht Harrison's global presence, Yigit had the opportunity to work with clients from various countries.

Yigit's expertise expanded in 2014 when they joined Harrison Assessments Int'l. As an Assistant Country Manager, they worked as a Consultant/Assessor and helped companies optimize their human capital using insights from psychology and human resources. Yigit's work involved leveraging analytics to maximize talent development budgets and drive organizational growth.

In addition to their other roles, Yigit also served as an Outplacement Consultant at Drake Beam Morin (DBM) from 2007 to 2011. DBM is the pioneer of the Outplacement Business worldwide.

In 2015, they obtained a certification in Whole Life Profile from Harrison Assessments Int'l. Yigit also holds certifications in Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation and Harrison Assessment Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l, which they acquired in 2014.
