Kelsey Kreher

Kelsey serves as a Team Lead at HFA for the civil engineering department. In her role as Team Lead, she manages the civil teams and maintains the day-to-day schedule, coordinating with her clients and teammates to ensure timely delivery of projects and a smooth entitlement process. Kelsey is dedicated to her clients and considers each project with care, successfully seeing them through the necessary processes, all while keeping them on track and on schedule. Kelsey specializes in re-zonings, planned unit developments, specific use permits, site variances, and overall project permitting. She has eight years of experience within the industry, and she feels that her attention to detail and thorough planning contribute to her success in numerous project entitlements across many different jurisdictions.
