Gregory Dandrea

Gregory Dandrea is an accomplished professional in asset management and finance with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director of Asset Management at Harrison Street since September 2018, Gregory has previously held multiple leadership positions within the same organization, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Asset Management. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Asset Management at Aspen Heights Partners, Vice President of Multifamily Development at Forestar Group Inc., and Senior Asset Manager at Virtus Real Estate. Gregory also contributed to Forestar Group Inc. as a Senior Analyst in Multifamily Asset Management and Development and served in various finance roles at Park7 Group and Copper Beech Townhome Communities. Early career experience includes a Summer Analyst position in Business Valuation at Ernst & Young. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University, earned in 2008.
