Nic Till

Nic Till has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Nic started their career in various restaurants, taking on different roles from Commis to Head Chef from 2004 to 2014. After that, they joined the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group as a Head Chef from 2014 to 2016. Nic then moved on to The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant Ltd as the Group Operations Chef, overseeing multiple high volume restaurants from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Head Chef for The Rick Stein Group. Nic then took on the role of Director Designate (Voluntary) at Unichef, The National Chefs Union in 2022. Currently, they are working as the Head Chef - External Operations for Harrods and as the Head Chef for Gordon Ramsay.

Nic Till attended Kingston University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Diploma in Higher Education (DipHe) in the field of Mental Health Nursing.
