Samantha Palmer

Samantha Palmer is an experienced professional with a background in executive assistance and customer service management. Currently serving as a Personal Assistant to the Director of Store Development at Harrods since February 2023, Samantha previously held the role of Executive Assistant to the Finance Director at the Royal Opera House from July 2022 to February 2023. Prior to that, Samantha accumulated over a decade of experience at Peel L&P, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and as Customer Service/Administration Manager. Samantha holds NVQ Level 3 Diplomas in Customer Service Management and Business and Administration, obtained from OCR during 2010 to 2012.
