Serge Niamkey

Serge Niamkey is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in food services and back-of-house management, currently holding the position of Operations Manager for Stewarding & Food Services at Harrods since January 2012. Prior roles include BOH Manager at Cumberland Hotel from May 2006 to January 2012, and at InterContinental Hotels Park Lane from September 2005 to May 2006, where Serge contributed to new development projects. Experience also includes serving as BOH Manager at Great Eastern Hotel from 2000 to 2005 and Conran Restaurants Coq D'argent from 1998 to 2002.
