Clement Yap

Clement Yap is an accomplished legal professional with a focus on family and matrimonial law. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Adjunct) at the National University of Singapore since July 2023, Clement designs and teaches the 'Specialised Family Law' module, addressing advanced topics in the field. As a Partner at Harry Elias Partnership LLP since August 2016, Clement has established expertise in family law matters. Previously, Clement was an Instructor for the Legal Skills Programme at the National University of Singapore from August 2018 to March 2022 and worked as a journalist at Singapore Press Holdings from December 2010 to July 2014. Clement holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the National University of Singapore, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
