Katie Childers is the Chief People Officer at Harry's. Katie has also worked as a Research Manager at IAG Research, Owner at East Yoga, Product Manager at Skillgames, Consulting and Business Operations at Bain & Company, and Principal at Bain & Company. Prior to their work in the private sector, Katie served as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company.

Katie Childers graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. Katie then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Katie Childers reports to Jeffrey Raider, Co-Founder & Co-CEO. Katie Childers works with Brittania Boey - Chief Commercial Officer, Will Freund - COO, and Michael Moore - Chief Retail Officer.
