Anat Barkan

Anat Barkan has extensive experience in human resources (HR) and organizational development. They started their career in 1995 as a Human Resources Manager at Strauss Group Inc. and then worked at Unilever Israel as an Organizational Development Director. They later held positions at Golan Plastics as a Human Resources Manager and at Tefron as an IHR Manager. In 2008, they joined Plasan Sasa Ltd as a VP IHR before moving to Mistral Group as a VP Strategic Communication in 2011. From 2012 to 2018, Anat Barkan worked at Mey Eden, an HR VP in Israel. Currently, they are serving as an HR VP at Electra Consumer Products Ltd.

Anat Barkan pursued their education at various institutions, starting with their enrollment at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1993 to 1995. During this period, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, in a general field of study. Following their completion of this program, Anat Barkan continued their education and enrolled at Hifa University from 2000 to 2002. At Hifa University, they focused on organizational consultation, earning a degree in this field. Lastly, Anat Barkan attended Bar-Ilan University, where they studied Leadership and Group Development from 2008 to 2010, concentrating on the field of Organizational Leadership.
