Jeffrey Knecht is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition North America at Harsco Environmental since July 2024, Jeffrey previously held the role of Senior Talent Leader at Safelite AutoGlass from September 2020 to May 2024. Prior to that, Jeffrey worked as HR-Talent Business Partner at ConnectWise and as Senior Corporate Recruiter at Guardian Protection Services, where responsibilities included managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and enhancing the candidate experience. Jeffrey started a career with JH Technical Services, Inc. as Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on aligning recruiting objectives with job requirements. Jeffrey holds a BS Degree in Business Management & Marketing from La Roche University.
