Eric Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and sales management. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Operations at Hart Clinical Consultants since August 2022, Rice previously held the position of Public Sector Contract Sales Manager at IBM from January 2010 to July 2022, where expertise was provided to internal teams on statewide contract strategies and public sector IT procurement. Rice's career also includes a role as a Brand Sales Representative at Procter & Gamble from 1982 to 1984, focusing on enhancing product sales through strategic partnerships with supermarkets and wholesalers.
