David Loewe has held multiple positions in various industries over the years. From 2001 to 2002, they were an Administrative Assistant at J.D. Kutter Insurance Associates. In 2007, they were a Teaching Assistant for First-year Aural Skills/Ear-Training at Northwestern University, and they also held the role of Chorus Baritone at Union Avenue Opera in 2007. David Loewe received a Bachelor of Music (BM) degree in Music Theory and Composition from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2007. Prior to that, they studied Music Theory and Composition at the Institute for the Education of Students Abroad (IES) in Vienna, Austria, and received credit toward their Bachelor degree in 2006. In 2008, they earned a Master of Music (MM) degree in Music Theory from Northwestern University. In addition, they obtained a Level 1 - Wine & Spirits Certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in May 2012 and a WSET Certified - Advanced certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in December 2014.
