Gregory Monette Jr.

Gregory Monette Jr. has a diverse background in land acquisition and development, commercial banking, and real estate. Gregory currently holds the position of VP of Land Acquisition and Development, CFO at Hart Homes, where Gregory sources infill lots and land for development. Prior to this, Gregory worked as a Land Acquisition Manager at Friendswood Development Company and Portfolio Manager in Commercial Banking at Veritex Community Bank. Monette also has experience in commercial credit analysis, business tax consulting, and student tutoring. Gregory is currently pursuing a Master of Land and Property Development in Real Estate Development at Texas A&M University.
