Alex Hart

Alex Hart, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as the Principal and Managing Member at HartVidaRaffo since November 2008, where expertise lies in capital raising, tax planning, mergers & acquisitions consulting, and financial process improvement for small to medium-sized private companies across various industries. Prior experience includes partnerships at Profit Planners and Sacher & Hart, as well as roles at Kera & Company and Frank LaFauci, CPA. Additionally, Alex held positions as Financial Controller at the New York Post and Account Administrator at IBM early in a career that commenced in the 1980s. Alex holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from St. John's University and Pace University, respectively.
