Louis Yeo

Louis is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent, and Property Manager with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEPM) and Members of RICS, RISM, and PEPS. He has about 10 years of experience in real estate valuation and agency services in Malaysia and 2 years in Cambodia.

Presently, Louis co-heads the valuation and consultancy business. He manages retail and corporate valuation in the company.

Throughout his years of experience, he has undertaken valuation of a wide range of properties i.e. agricultural, residential, industrial, and commercial properties for various purposes. His current areas of expertise include the valuation of development lands, office buildings, and hotels.
