Drew Hoskins

Drew Hoskins, MAI, is a Managing Director in Valuation Advisory at Stout, a position held since March 2019, with a focus on real property consulting for clients involved in real estate assets. With over 15 years of significant experience in real property valuation and consulting, Drew specializes in valuations for financial reporting purposes. Prior to joining Stout, Drew served as Director of Valuation Advisory at Duff & Phelps from July 2007 to March 2019, progressing through various roles in the Real Estate Advisory Group. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from USC Marshall School of Business, earned between 2003 and 2006, and attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2003.
