Patrick Chong

Patrick Chong is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent, and Property Manager with the Statutory Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEPM).

He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). He graduated from the University of Malaya with B.Sc (Hons) in Estate Management. He started his career in the property valuation service with Henry Butcher Malaysia and subsequently joined Burgess Rawson Malaysia and IGB Corporation Bhd focusing on the property management of commercial and residential projects for the past 19 years.

He has an excellent track record in successfully managing all types of high-rise buildings for esteemed corporate clients, building owners, joint management bodies, and management corporations.
