Ed Felix has extensive experience in various roles within the advertising and marketing industry. Ed began their career as a Youth + Mobile Marketing Intern at Fleishman-Hillard in 2008. Ed then worked as a Strategist at MobileBehavior, where they led and collaborated on mobile and social programs for clients such as AT&T Wireless and Gatorade. In 2010, they joined VML as a Senior Innovation Strategist, overseeing strategic mobile initiatives for clients like Gatorade and Kellogg's.

Following their time at VML, Ed joined Conill Advertising in 2012 as an Emerging Media Supervisor, where they developed consumer engagement plans for Toyota and T-Mobile. Ed also served as an internal voice and evangelist for social, mobile, and gaming. In 2013, they became the Digital Director at Young & Rubicam, leading digital campaigns for top companies and brands in Peru.

Ed then worked at Barkley as an Engagement Director, tasked with designing and implementing the agency's Engagement practice. Ed later joined Movement Strategy as a Sr. Director of Digital Content, leading teams for major streaming platforms and implementing new strategies to better serve client needs.

In 2022, Ed joined 22Squared as the SVP, Group Comms Director | Social Lead, where they spearheaded the agency's social offering and implemented innovative practices to enhance clients' social presence. Most recently, they joined HARTBEAT as the VP, Head of Strategy, Insights & Innovation in 2023.

Throughout their career, Ed has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and drive innovation within the advertising and marketing industry.

Ed Felix received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Creative Writing from Baruch College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
