Alex Gill has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alex began their career in 2005 as an Account Director and Head of Client Services at WorksUnit, where they managed key accounts and led the client management team. In 2007, they joined Graphico New Media as an Account Director, responsible for managing and growing major accounts. From 2010 to 2012, Alex worked at Panovus as the Head of Strategy and later as a Group Account Director, providing consulting and strategic planning for global marketing projects. Alex then joined Harte Hanks in 2012 as a Global Account Director and later as the VP of B2B Strategy, leading strategic initiatives and managing client relationships. Alex also worked at DemandZEN as the VP of Marketing Services, Strategy & Digital, where they established the UK operation and led the global marketing services practice. In 2019, they became a Client Director at The Marketing Practice, before returning to Harte Hanks as a Strategy Director and eventually becoming the Head of Strategy and Senior Director. Throughout their career, Alex has worked with renowned clients such as IBM, Oracle, Shell, and Microsoft.

Alex Gill attended Theale Green from 1985 to 1992. From 1992 to 1995, they studied Politics and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of Warwick.
