Lauren Handy started their work experience in 2017 as an Independent Consultant at Aflac. In 2020, they joined Harte Hanks as a Call Center Representative and later transitioned to the role of Teleservices Operations Supervisor. Lauren then became a Social Media Teammate before being promoted to Operations Team Lead in February 2021. Currently, their position is Operations Team Lead + Tier 2 Social and Customer Care Support at Harte Hanks.
From 2010 to 2012, Lauren Handy attended Owens Community College, where they studied graphic design. Lauren did not obtain a degree during this time.
