Amanda Smith

Amanda Smith is the Chief Financial Officer at Hartford Care. She joined Hartford Care in March 2019 and responsible for the accounts and payroll team. Amanda began her career as a Chartered Accountant and now has over 20 years of experience as a Finance Director. Her career has spanned a range of sectors but since 2011 she has specialized in the health care sectors, having previously worked for two residential mental healthcare providers; St Andrews Healthcare and Cambian Group Plc.

Amanda is very passionate about their core values of Care, Comfort, and Companionship and their ‘home from home’ ethos which resonates across the whole group.

She attended the University of Cambridge.
