Ashley M. Coleman

Ashley Coleman is currently the Mentor Program Coordinator at Capital Community College. Prior to this role, Ashley has held positions such as Program Manager at CT Community Nonprofit Alliance and Community Impact Program Manager at Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. With a background in educational services, Ashley also worked as a Youth Coach at The Bridge Youth & Family Services. Ashley holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Drexel University, a Master of Science in Adult Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Additionally, Ashley obtained a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
