Bill Pauley, CFA has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Bill started their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Licensed Personal Banker from September 2008 to June 2010. Bill then worked as a Financial Advisor at the same company from June 2010 to October 2011. Afterwards, they joined Wells Fargo as a Private Banker from October 2011 to July 2012, and later became an Associate Regional Director from July 2012 to June 2013. Currently, Bill works at Hartford Funds, where they have held various roles since joining in July 2013, starting as an Internal Wholesaler from July 2013 to March 2014. Bill then served as an Investment Consultant for Private Bank Trust and RIA from March 2014 to December 2014, and continued their career as a Portfolio Specialist from January 2015 to September 2016. From September 2016 to November 2018, they held the position of Sr. Investment Director, focusing on Systematic Strategies and ETFs. Currently, Bill holds the position of Head of Client Portfolio Management for Systematic ETFs at Hartford Funds, starting from November 2018.

Bill Pauley, CFA has a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University. Bill is a candidate for a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. In addition to their educational background, Bill has obtained certifications such as the Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder from the CFA Institute, as well as certifications in Series 24, Series 66, and Series 7 from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
