Cecily Keller

Cecily Keller has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Cecily started their career as an HR Manager/Recruiter at US Interactive in 1999 and then moved on to become an HR Generalist/Recruiter at Vertex, Inc in 2001. In 2005, Cecily joined SunGard Higher Education, where they worked as an HR Compliance and Global Mobility Specialist as well as a Senior Recruiter. In 2012, they became a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ellucian (formerly SunGard Higher Education) and later transitioned to become the Senior Manager of Human Resources and Recruiting at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals. Currently, Cecily is employed at Hartford Funds, where they initially served as the Head of Recruiting before being promoted to the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition in March 2022.

Cecily Keller's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Villanova University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Villanova University, completing it between 1990 and 1992. In 2021, Cecily attended Cornell University, where they earned a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR Professionals.
