Jordan Upton has a strong background in data analysis and marketing. They started their career at Liberty Mutual, where they held various roles such as Portfolio Analyst, Lead Product Research Analyst, Manager of Product Analysis, and Sr. Program Manager of Marketing Analytics. During this time, they gained experience in evaluating marketing campaigns, providing analysis for senior management, and managing projects that increased revenue.

Jordan then moved on to Lincoln Financial Group, where they served as the Director of Analytics, Consumer Insights. In this role, they led quantitative analysis and data management projects, including developing predictive models and creating customer profiles. They also played a key role in launching a customer-focused datamart.

Currently, Jordan is working at Hartford Funds as the Head of Enterprise Data Science. They were tasked with leading a new team to leverage data science in improving operations, specifically within distribution and marketing. They have successfully developed an improved advisor targeting model and implemented an attribution model to measure the impact of various sales and marketing activities on gross sales.

Jordan Upton earned a BA degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bates College between 2000 and 2004. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2000, they attended Westtown School where they completed their high school education with a focus on Math and German. In the following years, from 2006 to 2008, Jordan pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Information Systems & Marketing from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they attended Villanova University and obtained a Master's degree in Applied Statistics.
