Lucinda Hottenstein has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies in the financial industry. In 1995, they began their career at PLANCO/The Hartford as an Assistant Vice President of Sales Support, a role they held until 2004. Lucinda then moved to Hartford Life Japan as a Sales Support Services Director from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they returned to PLANCO/The Hartford as a Vice President, serving in various roles such as Vice President of International and Vice President of Service Initiatives, CE & Licensing. In 2008, they joined Hartford Life Limited as a Sales Operations Director before transitioning to The Hartford. At The Hartford, they assumed multiple leadership positions, including VP of Sales Desk, Service & Advanced Markets, VP of Home Office Business Support, and Director of Mutual Fund Sales Support. In 2012, they returned to Hartford Funds as a Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they were involved in various key projects and served as the interim Internal Communications Lead. Finally, in 2013, they joined Lincoln Financial Distributors as a Sales Operations Consultant. Most recently, they have been working at Hartford Funds as the Head of Operations, demonstrating their ability to handle crucial responsibilities and contribute to the success of the organization.

Lucinda Hottenstein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Lucinda also has additional certifications, including the CMFC (Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor) from the College for Financial Planning, GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) from Worldwide ERC®, and Series 26, Series 6, and Series 63 certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
