Tom Phillips

Tom Phillips is a Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Hartford Funds since February 2017. Prior to this, Tom served as Chief Legal Officer at Saturna Capital from November 2014 to December 2016. With a background as a military intelligence officer in the US Army, Tom also held various legal positions at companies such as Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Stradley Ronon. Tom holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
