Meredith Wilkerson

Meredith Wilkerson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Kohl's since April 2011. In this role, Meredith oversees a complex docket of litigation matters, including consumer class actions, employment litigation, intellectual property disputes, and commercial disputes. Previously, Meredith held various positions within Kohl's, including Associate General Counsel and Senior Litigation Counsel, where responsibilities included managing a diverse range of litigation cases. Prior to joining Kohl's, Meredith practiced as Legal Counsel at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. after earning a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Meredith also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Marquette University.
