Beth Rohlfing

Beth Rohlfing holds extensive experience in human resources and employee benefits, currently serving as the Interim Total Rewards Leader at Hartford HealthCare since June 2024 and as Vice President of Employee Benefits at Mass General Brigham since April 2022. Previously, Beth was the Senior Director of Total Rewards & HR Technology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from March 2010 to April 2022, overseeing strategic planning and benefit plan transitions. With a solid background in account management at companies like Trion and Aetna, Beth has developed expertise in consulting and negotiating health and welfare programs. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Finance from La Salle University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio University.
