Kalan Blair

Kalan Blair is currently serving as the System Director for ITS Revenue Cycle Solutions at Hartford HealthCare since January 2025. Previously, Kalan held various senior leadership roles related to IT revenue cycle applications at LCMC Health from August 2018 to January 2025 and at Bluetree Network from September 2016 to June 2021. Kalan's experience in revenue cycle management includes positions at UTMB and Nordic Global, where involvement spanned from leading patient access initiatives to consulting on healthcare software implementations. Kalan also contributed to projects at UF Health Jacksonville and Grady Health System, showcasing a strong background in Epic software systems. Prior to a successful career in healthcare IT, Kalan developed skills in government relations at Nationwide Insurance. Kalan holds a BS in Communication Studies, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from The University of Texas at Austin, and an Associate Degree in Bakery and Pastry.
