Kelsey Porter

Kelsey Porter, MHA, currently serves as the Director of System Operations at Hartford HealthCare, where responsibilities include developing an enterprise-wide productivity management system and collaborating with clinical and IT teams to standardize metrics across over 348 departments. Prior to this role, Kelsey held positions such as Director of Operational Enhancement and Manager of System Operations, contributing significantly to the integration of St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Previous experiences include roles at The George Washington University as a Policy Analyst and Residence Director, as well as an Administrative Intern at Baptist Health South Florida. Kelsey holds a Master of Health Administration and a graduate certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from The George Washington University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
