Michelle Dzialo has extensive experience in healthcare IT, currently serving as the ITS Application Manager at Hartford HealthCare since January 2014, having previously held roles such as Revenue Cycle Team Lead and Epic Certified Cadence Application Analyst. Prior experience includes working at Hartford Hospital from April 2001 to December 2013, where Michelle was a System Administrator, responsible for system integrity, client technical support, and staff training, as well as serving as a Radiology Scheduling Supervisor.
