Richard Stys

Richard Stys is the Senior Vice President, Finance & Treasurer at Hartford HealthCare. Richard has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Hartford HealthCare, they were the Managing Director and Principal at Fairmount Capital Advisors. Richard also worked at Tatum, LLC as the Associate National Director, Healthcare. Richard is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and earned their MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Richard Stys completed their BS in Mechanical Engineering at Lehigh University and then went on to get their MBA in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business. Prior to that, they attended The Lawrenceville School.

Their manager is Jeffrey Flaks, President & Chief Operating Officer. They are on a team with Chibueze Okey Agba - EVP, CFO, Tracy Church - Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, and Sabet Hashim - Senior Vice President, Co-Physician-in-Chief, Hartford HealthCare Heart & Vascular Institute.
