Mikolaj Kapalczynski

Mikolaj Kapalczynski began their work experience in 2011 as a Legal Intern at the Connecticut State Attorney's Office, where they worked until 2012. Mikolaj then joined Bausch Abdurahman Thampan Medd, LLC as a Legal Intern in 2013. In 2015, they joined McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC as a Contested Litigation - Real Estate professional, where they worked until 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Hartford Investment Management Co. (HIMCO) as an Assistant Director Compliance.

Mikolaj Kapalczynski completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Mikolaj then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at the Western New England University School of Law from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Hartford, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, in June 2015, Mikolaj Kapalczynski obtained the certification of being a Member of the Connecticut Bar from the State of Connecticut Bar.
